Precinct Management

Illovo Boulevard Management District (IBMD)

IBMD is a section 21 company comprising the Illovo Boulevard landowners. Its main business is to protect and promote the common interests of the owners and tenants in the Illovo Boulevard precinct. To this end IBMD has appointed professional urban managers, Kagiso Urban Management, who are responsible for the management of:

• Security and cleaning -Implementation of infrastructure maintenance
• Control of the public domain
• Implementation of the Precinct Development Plan (see under City Planning for more)
• Monitoring and communicating the opportunities for the Boulevard landowners and tenants

The current directors of IBMD are:
