Welcome to the Illovo Boulevard

The Illovo Boulevard Management District is a mixed-use commercial area bounded by Bompas Road in the south, Harries in the north, Melvill in the west and a block up from Oxford in the east. The node is situated along the north-south Oxford / Rivonia Road arterial and is central to both the Sandton business district, Rosebank and – more recently – the Melrose Arch development. Access to the M1 freeway is via the Corlett Drive off-ramp. Bompas in the south, Harries in the north, Melvill in the west and a block up from Oxford in the east.

The Boulevard has attracted users in the financial and corporate sectors, such as: Brait, Webber Wentzel Bowens attorneys, Mettle, Santam, African Merchant Bank, Broll, Colliers RMS and the Kagiso Group. The developers of lllovo Boulevard designed a mixed-use spatial plan that has formed the basis for slow, steady and largely tenant-driven construction. Major tenants have been attracted to the good infrastructure and urban management.

Traffic congestion during peak hours does not prove a major constraint and its central position and accessibility to all the key business nodes in the city is advantageous.
